The Best midwife Obgyn
I was a patient of Ms Hartman for over 10+ years, before she retired. In Syracuse NY. The most Compassionate & understanding person I ever meet. I cried when she retired! She was the BEST OBGYN & an even better midwife for all three of my pregnancy. I had my last child 11yrs ago. Now with child i wish you could do it one more time for me. Thank You enjoy retirement.

Not gentle when examining you. She did my postpartum exam and an exam a few days before I gave birth... ouch! Both exams were the most painful exams ever! No reason to be that rough. She also ignored my medical problem postpartum. I had to go to another office to have it taken care. Don’t waste your time.
