Mary Gleason is a disappointment, to say the very least. She has a poor attitude and she doesn't explain/describe the steps in which the process for initiating treatment (I.e. growth hormones) works. She doesn't return phone calls and she is very unpleasant to deal with. I have nothing nice to say about her because she's not a nice person. Fortunately, I have another contact at this office because Mary Gleason does not make herself available.
