I did not get to meet Mary Fiedler but i actually work at a physicians office and requested records from her office on a mutual patient. Crystal that answered the phone was horrible. Ive never talked to someone from a professional office that was so rude and unprofessional. She is not friendly and is not setting a good first impression for your office. Thank you for your time.
