Doesn’t listen, and doesn’t care about her patients, she will send you all over the place seeking care. And when she can’t find something in your account, if you have your account merged from a name change or anything. She accuses you of drug seeking.

I use to be a patient years ago n loved her. Insurance changed so I had to change PCP. I called to re establish care with her n had an appointment made but ended up in hospital with chest pain but canceled respectfully in advance. Called back to make an appointment n then told I had to go to another office to fill out paperwork n provide them with all medical records of previous doctors since 2016. I can’t physically walk due to a severe weight loss from mold toxicity and was hoping to get care from Mary. It’s sad that Mary is not accessible for those who are physically unable to walk.

This is a good place to go for a priority care, but not for your primary physician. I just havent been too impressed. When call for scrip or question for the nurse, I have never received calls back. This has happened multiple times. Even when I call back, still dont receive a call back for days. I am not sure even if I would be remembered by them when I go back. We are moving our family from this practice to another.
