Exactly what I needed!
Mary Culley LCSW is a phenomenal therapist with cutting edge techniques which differ from traditional talk therapy. Her EMDR and Somatic therapy can leaving you with an improved condition in even in the first session! Mary is warm, compassionate, articulate and bright. She accepts insurance and is completely dedicated to her craft.

Mary has been a staple in my healing. No other therapist has done the deep dive into my trauma and helped me through it. She is a warm spirit, and I'm so glad I found her. I was hopeless before going to her. My life has dramatically changed, I'm doing more, and I even got a job just within a few months of therapy with her. I've just begun!

Mary is a WONDERFUL counselor and therapist. She offers practical and sensitive advice to my various concerns and issues. I had consultations with 5 therapists before finding Mary. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking to free themselves of old baggage and regain a sense of control and inner peace.
