I was a patient of Mary Cranley for 20 years and I could not have been happier. We left the Bay Area in late 2019 which is the only reason I am no longer under her care. She is patient, kind, funny, warm, and above all knows what she is doing.

Cranley is the most unprofessional nurse I have ever encounter. She is rude and very insensitive to a patient's situation. Regardless of what the situation may be, it is her duty to keep it professional, to stay calm and collective. Someone in this profession should know when a patient isn't feeling well all they want is to get better. Not rudely cut the patient off and say such thing as oh my god, you've been talking for the passed 10 mins! I am utterly in disgust with this type of treatment
