she rates a zero but forced to give her a 1 star. Her beside manner is absolutely pathetic. She treated my mother like she was a piece of dirt, telling her she could not afford treatment due to the fact she's on Medicare. After complaining about having to work my mother into her schedule , she misdiagnosed her. My mother ended up in the emergency room the next day with the on call Doctor laughing at the course of treatment that was given to her. Thankfully after the ER visit she is recovering
