Horrible bedside manner, treated my father as an animal. They do not provide a Spanish interpreter but will allow you to bring your own. Even with my me as an interpreter, the doctor only addressed me the interpreter and not the patient. Doctor completely rushed through the appointment did not allow time for me to translate what she was saying to my father. When I asked her to please slow down she said that my father needed to pay attention and stop lying. She then proceeded to put drops in his eyes without first letting him know what she was about to do. It was not until I asked her what she was doing that she told me and said I need to move on with the exam. My father was referred by the Hispanic Medical Association I will be filing a complaint with them too.

I have seen several eye doctors, but Dr Mary Cheng is the best doctor I have met so far! She is very kind, patient, and caring. She takes her time with me and my parents. She goes the extra mile with her exceptional care that she makes follow up phone calls to my parents to make sure they are doing well. We thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts for all that you do for us!
