First office appointments are in depth with extensive history to understand your current health status and origin of your health concerns. Follow up appointments are 1 hour and focus on targeted treatment to return you to full health.

Naturopathic Medicine was the perfect fit for my philosophy of wellness: do no harm, focus on the foundation of health, support the body's ability to heal, remove obstacles to full vitality. I embraced this medical education at Bastyr University so I could help patients return to the joy of living that we all deserve.
