This is actually a review of Psych Care Consultants, not Ms. Bourque specifically, but perhaps if I leave enough negative reviews for the doctors and therapists who work for them, maybe THEY will demand that things change because they are more likely to actually care about their patients. The practice itself is disorganized and unhelpful. Wait times on hold commonly exceed 20 minutes regardless of when you call. They have made appointment errors and took no responsibility (I had a card they gave me with the date and time, showed up at that date and time but were told we had no appointment.) Billing errors too, and somehow always in their favor. If there was ANY other way for my daughter to see her therapist, I would do that instead of dealing with Psych Care Consultants. If you don't have anger management issues before, you will after dealing with this office. Jeff Bee
