Fantastic
Dr. Ellis took time with my daughter, he didn't rush her. I felt like he cared and made sure she got the prescription that she needed. He was very knowledgeable. The staff from the time you walk in was extremely helpful and kind. My daughter left in her new glasses absolutely loving them. I’m extremely grateful for the staff and Dr.Ellis.

Not recommend
It was not until after my exam that I was told he would not prescribe "rigid", gas permeable contact lenses. I waited weeks for the trial pair of soft to come in. I tried for a week to wear them but my vision was never good enough that I could drive with them. So I went in for a pair of glasses. The person who helped me had no personality, not unfriendly- but not what I would call friendly either. After paying for my glasses I asked for my prescription so that I could try ordering from some of the online fashion sites. They gave me a copy but then I read on the window that it did not include the P.D. measurement because that isn't part of the initial exam. How petty. I won't recommend nor will I be back.

Dr. Martin Ellis gets my prescription right every time. I've been to a few optometrists in my lifetime, and he is the best I've met. He is very good at explaining and answering any questions.
