I have had 5 shoulder surgeries. One shoulder replaced twice. Dr Kissenberth's PA, Martha Shepard is always professional and patient. My wife and I always come loaded with questions. Martha listens intently, takes our questions one at a time and she sincerely answers each. She makes sure each answer is clear and undestood before moving to the next. I find her incredibly honest and trustworthy. For those minutes one on one you feel like you are and your questions are her only concern. It's greatly comforting.

I have had several appointments with Martha Shepard. She has been very helpful with my shoulder surgery. She always answers my questions and is very personable. I just received an injection in my shoulder and it was very helpful. I would highly recommend her.
