Martha was the most incompetent yet one of the most crucial members of my care team. Between the two of us I am even more permanently damaged and it will only continue as I age. She could have intervened and mitigated some of the damage.

In my opinion I blame Dr. Root's Incompetence for my mothers death. She ordered my mother all sorts of prescriptions. My mother became addicted to this prescribed medicine and could barely function. It put my mother in a vulnerable position and ultimately it led to her death. My mother tried to set up an appointment but despite her desperate plea to be seen sooner she was told that she had to wait a long time for an appointment. My mother died two days before her appointment.
