I have been going to Martha for three years now despite having moved away from Austin and switching insurances to something this office no longer accepts. She is 100% worth paying out of pocket and doing telehealth visits with because she makes me feel so comfortable and understood. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to address their mental health, because she is the absolute best!

Martha is truly a once in a lifetime medical provider. She is warm and encouraging and makes all of her patients feel at ease the moment they walk in. She is everything you could want and more in a nurse practitioner.

Martha Mefferd is by far the best provider I have ever seen. She is so kind, patient, encouraging, punctual, and thorough. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She also managed my medicine through my pregnancy and postpartum period. She is also the fastest responding psychiatric provider I have ever worked with. She is the absolute best!

Most Caring Psychiatrist I've had in my experience. She truly cares about each individual she works with and wants the best for her clients. I was fortunate to find her and can't imagine anyone working with her coming away feeling differently.

I was experiencing a very stressful life-changing event when I first met with Martha as her patient. This emotional stress was physically impacting my health. I feel very fortunate to have her as my healthcare provider as she's always provided me with care that certainly enabled me to understand and recover to a very healthy place....both emotionally and physically. She's one of the most empathic and thorough professionals I've ever met. I trust her explicitly.
