If I could leave no stars I would, 1 is far, far too many. Useless. Seems offended that I take an active role in my elderly mother's health. All but refuses to answer my concerns, won't return my calls even though my mom has authorized me to deal with her. The best she can do is have her assistant call me, after she's already left for the day...which is dusturbing when I had expressed urgency and she's told my mother to "call anytime, and I'll get back to you". Still, a call from her assistant would be fine if she could only answer questions correctly, again.. Useless. For example: I ask "can my mom go back to her lower dose of her antidepressant as it's not working out?" Answer: "you cannot simply stop taking those drugs!" Huh? Useless. Worse yet, rather than simply talking to me directly, she chooses instead to text her assistant that simply reads me the texts in real time...but offers no tangible help. Thankfully, my mom will now be seeing a more competent healthcare provider.

If I could I would give her a 0/5 stars. For being a PA maybe ASK YOUR BOSS ,AN ACTUAL DOCTOR, IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE DOING. For months my family member was complaining of a certain pain in the same spot and she kept dismissing it every time they would go. After months the pain got worse that she FINALLY ordered an ultrasound and found out it was an organ that was infected with stones but told my family member that they would be fine and said to eat healthier. That shouldn’t have happened because she should have known that an older age can cause the organ to become worse and surgery should have be done sooner. A month after their ultrasound they just went to the hospital for unbearable pain and had to get emergency surgery. The organ became necrotic (gangrene)and if left untreated longer could have led to sepsis OR WORSE. This PA should have done something as soon as she was complaining about the pain. I will not let my family member see her EVER again. This is malpractice.

She is the best doctor i’ve ever had. She makes me super comfortable and is very empathetic. You can tell that she truly cares about her patients. The wait in the office can be a while sometimes, but I don’t mind because she spends time with patients instead of rushing through them. Her nurse Nancy is also super nice as well.

I have met with her once but I am hopeful. I have been living with recurrent and severe pain for 14 years and this is the first doctor who has ever told me "If we can't find it, we keep looking." I hope she follows through, but this medical group doesn't cease in surprising me with how many people are Drs who don't give a crap about their patients. I am really praying she is different.
