Martha Ferrara, NP

Martha Ferrara, Nurse Practitioner, was extremely nasty, condescending and disrespectful from the moment she enaged with us. In fact, she was downright hateful upon dealing with a Jewish patient's case, that of my elderly mother, talking down to our family as if we were garbage! She kept talking over us, and insulted us upon reporting that my mom's daily Rx blood-thinner (originally prescribed by another cardiology practice her associates used to work at) had run out and needed an emergency refill, since the other doctor my mom used was on vacation. 'You can call the other practice!' Ferrara scolded, having no concern whatsoever for the importance of my mom not missing a single day's dosage. If that weren't bad enough, she kept interrupting to say, 'When you start a sentence, you refer to me by my title, 'Doctor!' (Actually, she's an NP, NOT a Dr). We were then laughed at by Ferrara, as if my mother's being without a vital medicine were somehow amusing!
