Medical assistants could offer a bit more education to the patient on what is happening with procedures like dilating eyes and what to expect.

It is evident that your office is run systematically and efficiently. This is very calming for an anxious patient. Every staff member I've encountered is kind, professional and competent. The doctors I've seen are friendly, good humored, and professional. The staff and doctors portray a professional, respectful cooperative working relationship.
(I am from the generation of nurses where this was often not the case,)I always feel well cared for at each of my appointments.
