This guy should not be treating trauma patients. He schedules one appointment knowing he doesn’t have proper availability to follow up. He cancels appointments you’ve been waiting WEEKS for at the very last minute and promises to follow up to reschedule ASAP but doesn’t. I had to contact him a week later to find out what was going on and he said he had no availability until the end of the following week! WHAT?? He thinks 5-6 weeks between appointments is acceptable?!? Then not only has the nerve to comment on my need for schedule stability, he doesn’t apologize for leaving you hanging. WHO DOES THIS? And of course people need stability in therapy! Seriously?!? He took my money and wasted my time knowing that I was struggling. UNBELIEVABLE.
