Marlene is the perfect mix of empathy with incisiveness and observation. She's able to help me identify exactly the source of my emotions (pain, anxiety, sadness, etc.) by prodding and asking just the right questions, while still managing to make me feel cared about. I also really like that she provides actual tools to help me improve. She gives me concrete things to work on and specific ways I can achieve them. Love my sessions with her.
