In the process of file a formal complaint with the medical board

I had several appointments with Dr. Wolfe for psychological testing. She was very disorganized ad the communication was very poor. I had my records sent and received and provided confirmation. She insisted she did not have them. Then eventually found them stating they were received on the dates i had indicated and she had them the whole time. She told me a lot of my test results were invalid and therefore she had to give me a negative diagnosis. I went in prepared that my results could go either way. But my entire experience with Dr. Wolfe and the office was so terrible that I have no confidence in my diagnosis and I am disappointed because I paid a lot for the appointments and waited almost a year to be seen. Would not reccomend.
