Incredible. He diagnosed my spinal disc problem quickly and prescribed some simple stretches to do and some techniques on how NOT to do things. Within 7 days I began to find relief. A few weeks later I was nearly 100% and have been doing great for 3 years now. I had chronic back pain for decades until Mark fixed me up.
