Mark is an amazing provider. He is always kind and compassionate and has a great bedside manner. I have never felt rushed, never had a long wait time and never felt like just a number. He takes time to explain what is going on, different steps we can take to help the issue and actually cares about your outcome. I can't say enough good things about him.

Mark is a very pleasant and caring person. He wanted to know how I was feeling after my knee surgeries and answered all questions I had regarding my knee replacements and my continuing recovery. He asked if I had any questions, concerns as well.

I would highly recommend Mark. I have found him to be easy to talk to, patient and thorough in his discussions with me on my orthopedic issues. I wouldn't want anyone but Dr. Martin and Mark to be on my surgical team. Excellent!

My wife and I both saw Mr. Hichborn at the same time. This is the second time that we saw him for our ailments together.

I would highly recommend Mark and Dr. Joseph Martin for any of your orthopedic needs. He has a thorough background in the medical field starting from the ground up as well as in physical therapy. He combines his knowledge and expertise in both areas to provide his patients with excellent care. I am recovering from a total knee replacement and I am weeks ahead of where I expected to be!

Mark is personable, knowledgeable and through. He gave me a shot in the knee and also provided exercises to help strengthen the muscles. I always get relief from the shot.

I had a knee replacement 10/26/20. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Martin/Mark for at least 7 years and have received numerous cortisone shots. I’ve seen Mark frequently for shots and several times had reviewed my X-RAYs and had counseled me about the continuous deterioration of my knees and because of my pain it was time to consider knee replacements. To keep things in chronological order 2 years ago I was in a cab that had a car turn in front of us and I suffered a fractured patella. I primarily saw Mark and I feel the care and very good advice I got from Mark helped expedite the recovery and also gave me a good perspective on the trials and tribulations of a full leg immobilized. The knee replacement has gone very well! I went to physical therapy and the the therapist remarked how well I was doing, and told me he would estimate I was in the 85th percentile! I was using a cane to walk within a week! In conclusion I’d like to say I would rate Mark a “10”. Mark has aGREAT personality!

Mark always listens and offers good advice for rehabilitation after surgery. I also saw him in July for the arthritis in my left hip. He ordered a cortisone shot so I could continue to care for my spouse. He was very empathetic for my situation. I appreciate his expertise.
