Will never go back to see this Mark Hansen NP., Does not listen. Coded the reason for my visit incorrect which then caused insurance to refuse payment, the lab said he does this all the time and I got no help when asking that the documents be renewed. He told me everything was good from the results and the same day I received a call from a cardiologist that Hansen had referred me to for needed followup. What gives... im great or I need help. NEVER will I go back to him.

Mark is a gentle and caring doctor. He even came in on a Sunday to help me with a very nasty sinus infection that will not heal. He goes above and beyond to care for his patients. He left his current practice and I have not been able to find him. Hoping he resurfaces because I would definitely want him to over see my health. We need all the good doctors we can get!

He is very smart about medical issues. He also has the best bedside manner. Its rare. He is not at this location anymore, I' m waiting to see what medical group he has moved on to.

Mark is a very rude man. He is very sarcastic and doesn't listen to actual concerns. He is very conceited and lies to patients to get them in and out to gain more money.

I have been to see Mark Hansen only a few times in the last 2 years, however he is very informative and considerate of my feelings. Mark goes the extra mile to leave no stone unturned to find the right plan of action for your specific illness. I highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for a caring person either a Dr. or Nurse Practitioner Mark Hansen is the best choice !!!!
