Mark has a different style as a therapist. It feels more laid-back and conversational, and his approach is more dynamic than analytical. I think he's a good fit for someone who spends a lot of their time in their head. While this hasn't been too relevant for me thus far, Mark also has lots of experience counseling people with weight management and the mental health around that.
