I was on the phone for 40 minutes with the scheduler attempting to make an appointment. The scheduler did not know the acceptable insurance companies your office accepted. I had to conduct a conference call with my insurance company and your office. After establishing that your office did accept both of my insurances. My insurance carrier got off the line however your scheduler became disgruntled due to she was proven wrong. I asked to speak with the manager, and she put me on hold and never came back to the line. I never got a chance to make an appointment. I called back and spoke with Heather who made a lot of excuses for the scheduler and the manager. Tomorrow I will call the optometrist board of licensing in Newark, NJ to advise how I was treated.

Went to Dr Donlon for over twenty years. He convinced me that my eye could not be corrected because of my astigmatism. He never gave a script with my correction and instead walked me to their optical sales department for overpriced glasses. After paying $400 on what amounted to reading glasses since the progressives were unusable. I decided to change doctors. I’m now corrected to 20 20 in both eyes. I can’t believe I went 20 years without seeing clearly.
