Dr. Deitch required me to pay him $780 upfront after he recommended a treatment plan of 36 visits, even though he participated in my primary and secondary insurance policies (Mediare and Blue Cross) and these plans paid in full for 20 visits. I received 10 visits when Dr. Deitch had a stroke and could not practice. He refused to refund me the $780.
