Ask to see the Surgeon!
I saw Mark 9/2021 for a multiple great toe fracture- 3 breaks that included the joint. Each time I saw Mark (every 2 weeks) I asked about surgery, and he continually declined that it was not needed. I ended up being transferred to a different doctor because Mark left that practice- that doctor (a surgeon) immediately referred me to NEOS who immediately advised I needed surgery and should have had it in 9/2021. I had surgery 12/2021 and I am still in the healing process 11 month later. I have lost movement of that tow and currently walk with a limp at the age of 41. I don't feel I was given acceptable medical advice or treatment from Mark. I will never see a PA again if I can help it.
