I love Marjorie Craig. She listens and takes the time to respond to you and helps you out. Very caring. The best! Her nurse Ruth is the best also!

I absolutely love Marjorie and her nurse, Ruth. They are both very engaging and always takes the time out to listen and answer all my questions. When my children’s pediatrician left this location I would not let them see anyone but Marjorie. I highly recommend them.

She is always pleasant and answers all my questions. She keeps me on track with all my required physicals and checks in to make sure I am doing okay

Like everyone says , can’t contact them for nothing . Won’t even answer the phone and prescriptions take atleast an extra week to be refilled so you go days if not weeks without a refill. Unacceptable for people in this profession to be this bad.

I never had an issue until 2 weeks ago. I had been requesting refills for my pain meds and Marjorie rejected them. I scheduled an appointment to see her 3 weeks out as I have in the past. However this time I didn't get refills. I messaged and called the office for 2 weeks and she never replied back knowing my physical condition. Because I couldn't walk my mom went to the office to ask for paper scripts just to be told I wouldn't get refills until my appointment. Had Marjorie replied back to any of my messages I wouldn't have been calling every day. She has lost me as a patient. Communication is everything. I definitely won't recommend her to anyone else.

Just moved and came in for a referral. Marjorie Craig made a sarcastic response telling me I must be the “luckiest patient out there” and made consistent comments that made me feel dumb for advocating for myself and my care. It’s been horrible trying to contact their office and get any answers in 10 days. Always leave messages with someone else and then have to call in a few days just to explain it all to more people.

my experience with Dr. Craig....I guess the original review got deleted . But I went here a while back ago for some personal feminine reasons, and they honestly couldn’t push me out of the door fast enough. I guess I was the last patient and even though I still had other questions , they decided to walk me out and never fully explained why things were. Not only that, she judged me for a personal choice regarding contraceptives , well I guess made a “ joke “ seems better suited. So , be prepared .
