She tries to be kind but is slow to see what’s going on with some patients which causes more problems. I feel that she is somewhat incompetent and is more concerned with covering her mishaps.

Arrogant and cannot listen
I felt she was arrogant and incapable of listening to my concerns. She seemed to have an agenda.
