So glad I found her
I have been seeing Dr Nava for about a year now. I tried many therapists before I found her. We have been focusing on my social anxiety and she is great at giving specific tools and mindsets to approach my issues. She is great at remembering things I tell her in sessions. If she gives me homework, she always remembers to ask about it next time I see her. I never have to repeat things that I've told her before. Making appointments is always easy and she never runs late.
