Cutting it short
I saw Mario Valvo for an intake appointment via telehealth (over Zoom). For our second appointment, he forgot to send me the Zoom link. That thoughtlessness made me feel terrible about trusting him to take care of my mental and emotional well being, so I decided to seek another therapist. When I told him of my decision, he chastised me as inflexible and unforgiving. I'm so glad I got out early.

I was going to him for therapy and wow.. I've never had a therapist make me feel so bad about myself. He got mad because I didn't have anything to talk about, he scolded me as to why there was silence in the room when I could be talking about my problems, but that's why I was going... to have someone help me find the root of my problems. Overall, I would never recommend him to my friends and family. He would hurt, more then help.
