She is patient beyond measure which can be very difficult to do in this field. She is also a very good listener who wants to know your story, not just "how it makes you feel". She'll work with you to develop a treatment plan that you are comfortable with and is always so flexible that it's almost impossible to imagine, but it's true. If you need an objective person/Dr to work with you on whatever you're going thru, I can't recommend Dr Bayeva enough.
