My experience was HORRIBLE ! I was a new patient. Just wanted refill of current contacts. She pressured me into a different kind. Mercedes vs. Cavalier. My eyes needed different strength contacts. I was notified to pick them up, the left eye were monthly, the right eye was daily. :-( They sent the dailys back, 3 weeks later I got the monthly one, but it was for the left eye the same ones that I already had. 3 more weeks later, the correct ones came. I didn't like them anyway. Stuck for 1 yr
