Marilee is so kind and makes me feel very comfortable. She is funny and sarcastic and I enjoy my time speaking with her about anything. I appreciate her advise and knowledge about things. :))

I’ve been seeing Marilee for a little over a year now and I can’t stress enough how safe and understood I feel in her care. She does periodic check ins where she gives me a patient’s therapy session evaluation sheet so I can give her feedback on what she’s done well for me and what I wish to improve upon for future sessions. She’s a diamond in the rough. Trust me, I’ve been through 6 therapists to finally get to her and I’m so happy I found her. She’s improved my quality of life in one year so much more than any mentor, teacher, parent or mental health worker ever has. She’s on my recommended list for anyone who seeks mental health resources from me since I do a lot of activism. Every day I feel so grateful to have her in my corner. I can’t thank her enough for being honestly interested in seeing me heal and blossom out of the misery I was in when we first met. She truly saved my life. I have been working with Marilee since 2017. She has been the most accepting mental health professional I have every worked with. Her compassion and support have guided me through some of the hardest years and events of my life. She listens without dismissing, and offers a wide variety of approaches to process and work through thought patterns, previous trauma, and navigation of healing for a better future. She has offered me the most sincere care and support as I have learned more and more about myself. She's helped me formulate strategies for how I can navigate my limitations while holding me accountable to not dismiss my talents and skills. Her refusal to disavow irrational beliefs destroyed any chance of building trust. The time I spent there wasn't just pointless, it served as a counterfeit treatment that kept me from finding effective treatment.

I was stuck between 2 narcissistic men at work and had to quit my job. It was a very traumatic event for me. I saw Marilee for several weeks. We recorded a hypnosis script and I repeated it for a week and felt quite a bit better. Then I went back to see her and she was really weird. She said she wanted to help me with my SHAME, and she said the word SHAME really loudly. Then she proceeded to make random accusatory statements. Really freaked me out. Very manipulative and weird.
