I visited Dr. Greenspan to learn about my depression medication options during pregnancy. She gave me some articles printed from pubmed and that's about it. She did not seem particularly caring or proactive about the situation. Also, I'm not sure if she has a firm grasp on medical issues in general. My advice is to find someone else who has an M.D. and specializes in psychiatry. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately while I had a great start with this physician, she has a very distorted view of ethics and care. I found myself in the urgent care on recommendation of a doctor line I called for unrelated symptoms. I called and left her a message that this was happening and to help me reschedule my appointment that was coming up. Rather than asking for proof and rescheduling - she deleted my online account and never called me back after many voicemails. Talk about not caring about her patients.
