Marie Gingras

This woman Marie “Andy” Gingras, made it clear today she was not willing to keep me as a patient because “trust had been broken.” When asked “how?” She went on to state that I told my insurance company the many issues I’ve had over the course of a year of coming there. This woman was very passive aggressive in person today. When I finally found someone who would listen to my complaints and maybe make improvement, it was her..she was apologetic, citing that her employees experience burnout, that there was no excuse to be hung up on and never called back during my time of one year as a patient. I voiced that my pyschiatrist didn’t care to hear that I was experiencing poor customer service at the front end, the gatekeeper to her and any potential appointment. That my psychiatrist seemed indifferent and encouraged me to find a new practice of the same had happened to her. I voiced that my telehealth was being billed but I’m getting “called” by Resme Thomas, the psychiatrist, instead.

She is very JUDGEMENTAL! I don't recommend her service at all!

I saw her a few years ago. Horrible therapist. She brings in her own life experiences and uses it to judge your own instead of giving constructive unbiased advice. I've accomplished all of my therapy goals without her. She is moody and yells so don't go when she has a bad day. Also receptionist was not attentive and didn't acknowledge me when I entered so I was late for my appointment.
