Marian walked in and did not introduce herself. I said hello and before I could get the entire word out she cut me off and began to berate me for being late. When I tried to tell her that her staff told me not to reschedule because my appointment was at 830 and I arrived at 835 she cut me off and told me as a new patient I should be at least 10 minutes early and it was unacceptable. She continued to complain about her schedule being behind and refused to allow me to speak. Each time I tried to explain that her staff advised me to come in she cut me off. I was sitting there naked being chastised by a woman I have never met who didn’t even bother to say hello or introduce herself to me. I told her I’m out. I don’t want her touching me. Then she said, “you’re already here you might as well stay.” I told her that I don’t feel comfortable with discussing my medical concerns with someone who refuses to allow me to speak. So I left.

I saw Mrs. Marian throughout my pregnancy, she was so kind and always care to answer all the questions I had. She’s very professional and also speaks my native language which helped me to feel more comfortable while navigating the pregnancy stage. I totally recommended her services to anyone!
