Dr Walters is very affirming without coming off as agreeable. It is obvious in session that Dr Walters is invested in you and whatever it is you may be dealing with at that time. Very focused, not distracted or disinterested.

Dr. Walters is compassionate, understanding, and she doesn’t treat you like a typical psychologist does and you know what I mean. It took me several visits to feel like she is the one for me and again you know what I mean. The same old feeling when you change psychologist to spew out your life history and then to find out the comfort level was not there so, you move on to another doctor. I have to say after 20+ years of talking to psychologist I finally found the one that listens and that you feel completely comfortable with which is a true blessing to have her. I love that we can talk about my mental health issues, and have a laid back conversation all in the same session. So, all I can say is if you want to talk to someone that doesn’t treat you like somethings wrong with you and say the standard psychology bull crap add Dr. Walters to the top of your list you won’t regret it.
