During my first session she was falling asleep and picking at her eye crust. It feels terrible sharing personal details and crying in front of someone who seems like they couldn’t care less about being a therapist. She asked me to go into detail (more than once) on a traumatic experience I mentioned, which was very odd for a first time appointment. I was visibly upset by recalling these details and she offered no compassion or comforting words. No nodding or any sign that she was really listening. She went silent for awkward periods and let me sit there crying while she stared into space and tried not to fall asleep. It just seemed like she was waiting for the clock to run out. Worst experience with a mental health professional in my life. A complete waste of my time and money. People like her have no business calling themselves therapists.

Horrible experience! My first session she literally was fighting not falling asleep. She literally said two words during our entire session. I told the receptionist I would not be coming back. The doctor has continued to charge me weekly, even after calling her directly to tell her of my experience. We had no appointment scheduled to continue. Horrible to be forced into paying a service in which she is not providing. To be bullied by a mental health care professional is horrific.
