Horrible woman!
Horrible woman! Gave me incorrect medical advice. Misdiagnosed me. I am so glad I went to another competent dermatologist who corrected Ms. Laserna's errors.

I have seen other dermatologist in the past and Maria is by far my favorite. She took her time to explain my condition and the treatment very well. I was nervous and asked her so many questions and she didn’t hesitate to answer them. She is very friendly and makes you feel as if you’ve known her forever. The staff was very nice and friendly from the moment I checked in till the moment I checked out. I highly recommend her.

If I had known that Maria Laserna was not the actual physician that I thought I was going to see than I would have probably went to another dermatology office. First off, I waited in the lobby before I was seen for about 30 minutes. Just to get in the exam room and have Maria look at my skin (face only) and give me a script for a gel & a facial cream that amounted to over $150 to be filled. I paid for it alright, with flaky, peeling, irritated skin. Thumbs down.

I see Dr. Laserna and she is amazing!!!!!!!! She is kind, listens, takes her time with people, and very personable. Gorgeous office, nice staff, they speak English and they're all around wonderful!
