A friend recommended Dr Ball-Thomas. I have not had such a thorough eye exam in years. She explains everything to you in lay terms. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I have been a client of Dr. Ball-Thomas for a few years. During every visit, she is calming and empathetic, shows extreme care and concern for my well-being, explains all issues and/or concerns in layman's terms, demonstrates patience, and provides a level of trustworthiness which I've never felt with another optometrist. Never have I felt rushed during a visit, and all suggestions have been to my -- the patient's -- benefit. I could not recommend her more.

I've been a patient of Dr.Ball-Thomas for many many years and now my children come see her for their annual eye exams. It's hard to find a great office with great doctors and great staff, Eye Associates of Winter Park has all 3. I come all the way from the Apopka side of Altamonte Springs and will continue to do so because of this great customer service.
