Dr. Margaret Woodward, PSY

I have been seeing Dr Woodward for several years. I started my therapy after I lost my grandmother and mother within six weeks of each other. I was devastated and in a deep depression. Dr Woodward is so kind and understanding and she gave me the tools to deal with my depression and grief. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking therapy-especially therapy for grieving and depression. I'm so grateful for her help; she really helped me get through some very difficult times.

I've been seeing Dr. Woodward for about a year or so now, and I can easily say she's helped me immensely. So much of therapy is a tag-team effort. It takes quite a bit of work/time to make progress through the various trauma life throws at us. After a visit, it's up to me to put into practice all the things we've talked about during a session. That being said, I'm lucky to have found Dr. Woodward, because she's an excellent teammate to navigate through all the baggage I've stored up from my past. She's attentive, reasonable, and kind. She treats me/my problems with respect, and has helped me see the blind spots I had created in my life, all the ways I had been limiting myself. The process of healing and getting better isn't just about finding a good teammate, but it sure does help, and Dr. Woodward has definitely helped me.

So far very happy with her. She seemed detailed orientated, objective, and kind. I look forward to continuing sessions with her.
