I had 5 total visits and she was late for 2 of them and no one showed up for 1. I was never notified of any of this prior to it happening and never received even a meh apology. Was misled multiple times and strung along to believe I would receive the help that was required. After the fourth appointment (over the span of a month and a half) I was told to 'stop lying down' when I discussed the issues I was having with depression and extreme paranoia/anxiety. No compassion or understanding and ignored any concerns or questions I had. Tried to explain what was going on with my situation work wise and was treated as if I was avoiding work even though I was trying to get paperwork to return. She eventually refused to continue to 'help' me and wouldn't help with the medications she prescribed that were having bad side effects. Never had an experience quite like this.
