My first session went ok. The second session, she was coming in her house from walking her dog and started to wash dishes. The next session she asked if she could call instead of video chat. There was a lot of noise on her end and when I asked what she was doing, she replied she was packing for a move. I couldn’t focus and she wasn’t present for me, so I refocused the session with questions about her move. She is unprofessional and inappropriate. I had enough and found a different therapist. On top of this she claimed she took my insurance but never verified with Florida Blue. After speaking to her billing person, who claimed it was unfortunate that Margaret didn’t realize she wasn’t yet registered with them. She wanted me to pay in full or pay in payments. When I requested she take off the two sessions that she was doing other things, I was refused.
