1) No notes in system about previous visit, had to tell assistant what was done 2) Had me lay on back for electrical stimulation, last time layed on stomach 3) Never discussed braces , which she brought up in 1st visit., 4) Unnecessary comment about rubbing my hands. Doesn’t everyone rub areas that hurt??? 5) Interrupted treatment 6) Joked about me having no brains 7) Made guesses about my diagnosis after 1 visit. 8) no empathy
