She is wonderful! I had a problem in my GI that my original doctor would not even discuss with me. I was told when I pushed things that I was exaggerating and I should cope with the... discomfort shall we say. Long story short, I got an appointment with Ms. Hayward and not only did she believe me, she had treated similar cases and had no problem working with me to find a solution. She won't pressure me for stupid tests that others say are SOP when I don't need them. Best care since childhood
