I visited Meg Eilers at Fairview Ridges Cancer clinic for genetic counseling. She told me I would receive results within 2-3 weeks. After 5 weeks I called to ask why I still hadn't heard anything. She tried to blame it on my insurance company so I called them. Turns out they didn't receive the pre-authorization request until 4 weeks after my visit. Then, after I had started calling, Fairview sent them the other info needed. Eilers knew I was using these results to make important life decisions and I cannot believe how negligent she and Fairview were with labs. I would never recommend them.
