I had about 10 sessions with Peg Burr and although I did not get a specific answer or solution to my problem, I found her to be a caring and kind person who listened and helped me sort through my thoughts. I would recommend her if you want someone to listen to you and direct you through your own thought process so you can find your own solution and make your own decisions.

I found Margaret to be an awfully negative therapist. She has a very negative approach to Marriage Counseling and I would definitely not recommend seeing her. I feel she does more harm than good. If you want someone who is going to give you non judgemental support and hope go somewhere else!

She is not a good therapist. She does not know how to treat or manage adolescents. She does not create a safe place to open up. She does not take ownership of her own behavior. Do not take your children here.

I do not recommend this woman for marriage therapy. I'm only leaving this review for any future couples looking for counseling- I feel it my responsibility to say that in my experience, I was not at all happy with her as a marriage therapist. Im sure she is perfectly qualified in a lot of other areas of therapy but found her approach to marriage counseling to be quite negative and pessimistic. I would have hoped for a more positive attitude towards the sessions.
