Margaret Buff, NP

She is a wonderful provider. Seem very considerate and caring about her patients. Extremely prompt returning phone calls and is very understanding. I have seen many psychiatrist's in the past and Margaret is by far my favorite for medication management and just to talk with.

Helpful and gets back to me right away

I've been on a med and therapy regimen for my adhd that has worked for me for 3 years. I moved from NJ to NH and needed a new provider for med management and Margaret Buff was one of the only options locally accepting new patients. Unfortunately, visiting MB's office felt more akin to being treated for addiction as a criminal than it felt like I had a medical provider on my side to help me treat symptoms. MB required that I, in her words, "prove I had a prescription" by bringing my pill bottle to every appointment, where she then made me dump my pills and count them in front of her. At each appointment she made me list why my Adderall helps, but always interrupted me to summarize what she THOUGHT I was saying when it took too long for her liking. If I didn't fill quiet moments, she told me I was too quiet. She made inappropriate jokes about weight and getting distracted. When I expressed my concerns, she was defensive, lacked empathy, and told me maybe I should find someone else.
