In my experience: At a dry-needling appointment I had a painful, burning moment & he stopped the dry needling. From that moment on I had intense pain in my neck, head and arm that grew in severity over next few days. I contacted him the following Monday morning & left a message asking for direction to help with the excruciating pain that prohibited me from performing even the most basic of tasks. He called me back at 4:15 & left a msg that he was leaving in 5 minutes & would try to “catch me tomorrow,”. This after I told him I was in excruciating pain & asked for his help on recommendations to ease it!?!?! I called the following morning & canceled all the rest of my appointments with him. My opinion: He doesn’t care about my well being, and couldn’t be bothered to help me. Extremely disappointing.
